It was my godsister's son's baptism last Saturday in Las Pinas. He's a real cutie-patootie, and has a wicked birthmark on his face that looks like a slanted exclamation point, I swear to God. He's going to use that to chat up girls, I know it.

Am happily downloading fonts in preparation for my, uh, digital mess-making (I'll talk about it in another post) and found lots of Handwriting fonts. I've never had so much fun downloading, though, because instead of the usual sampler text for each font (A,B,Cs, numbers, symbols, etc), the webmaster typed quotes using the fonts. I had a pretty productive three-day weekend: cleaned the flat, organized files and boxes (we're down to one, ONE last box, a, a, a, a,a! *imitating The Count*), mopped the floor and FINALLY cleaned the blinds (...I'm waiting a bit before I do THAT again). The highlight of my weekend, however, was...poker.

I just realized that it's almost automatic how I reach for my digital camera whenever I catch my husband's cat, Tonks, asleep. It's one of my favorite things to do. Another is thinking about how I can wake her up (she always jerks up in sleepy shock--very funny).
